Pre-registration is easy. It is also recommended, as it will save you $20 off the onsite registration price. To pre-register, you will need to first select a course location and date. Once you have determined when and where you would like to secure training, simply print out and mail the form at the bottom of the page, along with pre-registration payment.

Registration fees (per person) are:

15-hour course

$89 (includes required training manual). There is an additional $10 fee for onsite registration.

5-hour refresher

$49 (does not include training manual)
Training manual available onsite for an additional $10.
